Annie Lemarié, artist and owner of Main Street Arts LLC, has been a creator of professional decorative finishing work since 1980. Annie studied fine arts at Maryland Institute College of Art and has refined her level of excellence through training with artists and studios throughout the United States.
Main Street Arts LLC specializes in graining, marbling, creating plaster finishes, and gilding. She has a passion for historical painted finishes, restoration, and reproduction. Her exquisite craft enables her to create beautiful and unique finishes for every project.
We approach projects, whether for a homeowner, builder or interior design firm, with a commitment to creativity, quality and affordability. Along with Annie, some projects include other professional artisans who are selected to bring the best professional qualities to your project. We don't do "stock" finishes...every finish, every color, every pattern, is custom made and designed specifically for you.
Our work has been featured in a variety of publications including Elle Décor, Washington Home and Garden, Frederick Magazine, and Chesapeake Homes. Annie’s work was also displayed in the 2006 House that Faux Built and is shown in the accompanying book.
